Cancellation/Changes
Palms Day Spa requires a 24-hour notice of change or cancellation
of all or part of your service. Without proper notice, Palms Day Spa
will charge client 50% of the service or services scheduled. During
Holiday Weekends, cancellation required by closing of Wednesday prior or
100% will be charged. On same day appointments, 100% will be charged.
Palms Day Spa will do their best to accommodate changes, when available.
A current Credit Card deposit is required on all services.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment it will end as scheduled,
so not to delay the next guest. You will be charged for the full service
scheduled. If you arrive 10 minutes late, service may be forfeited and
you will be responsible for the charges. See back of Palms Day Spa Card
for details regarding that program.
Promotional Gift Cards/Guest Certificates
When redeeming Promotional Gift Cards/Guest Certificates,
please be advised of the policy printed on the certificate. Most cannot
be redeemed on Special priced services or Holiday Weekends.
Spa Etiquette:
Please turn off cell phones to preserve the tranquility of
your spa experience. Palms Day Spa is a non-smoking facility.
Gratuities:
In appreciation of outstanding service,
gratuities may be given at your discretion.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available, in any denomination, and make a wonderful
gift for any occasion. We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and
Discover cards.

Guests under
18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent to receive treatments.
