Spa Specialties:
We encourage each guest to take advantage of the Spa's
separate locker rooms provided for men and women. Robes and
sandals are provided for most services during your time at the spa and are also
available for purchase in the Palms Boutique.
Cancellation Policy:
As a courtesy to other guests desiring treatments
and the spa's therapists, we request a 24 hour notice if you must cancel or
change any treatment. Without proper notification, you will be charged 50% of
the value of scheduled services.
Late Arrivals:
Please note, if you arrive late for your treatment, it will
end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest. Arriving 15
minutes before your appointment is advised.
Spa Etiquette:
Please turn off cell phones to preserve the tranquility of
your spa experience. Palms Day Spa is a non-smoking facility.
Gratuities:
In appreciation of outstanding service,
gratuities may be given at your discretion.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available, in any denomination, and make a wonderful
gift for any occasion. We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and
Discover cards.
